Additional info
Please open each policy, read it and confirm your agreement.
Fees are due at the beginning of each session and secure the gymnast’s place in the class. A registration is only complete once the account is paid.
Accounts must remain in good standing for a gymnast to take part in classes, shows and competitions. Fees are not pro-rated for missed classes, and the school will let families know in advance of any change to fees.
Families who wish to withdraw a gymnast must notify the school in writing. Fees already paid for the current session are non-refundable unless the school cancels the class.
If the school cancels a class, it will be rescheduled or the fee for that class credited to the family’s account. Classes may also be affected by facility closures, weather or public-health requirements; the school will notify families as early as possible.
The school provides apparatus for use during classes. Gymnasts are expected to handle equipment carefully and follow the coach’s instructions on its use.
Families are responsible for any personal apparatus their gymnast brings, and for replacing school equipment damaged through misuse.
Gymnasts train in the attire required by their program, with hair secured away from the face and no loose jewellery.
Competitive and performance groups wear the school leotard for shows and competitions. Uniform items are ordered through the school and are the responsibility of the family.
Entry fees, travel, accommodation and coaching expenses for competitions and invitational events are shared among participating families and are additional to regular class fees.
Estimated costs are communicated before each event, and families confirm participation before the school registers a gymnast.
Gymnasts, families and coaches are expected to treat one another with respect, arrive on time and support a positive training environment.
Coaches direct all activity in the gym. The school may ask a participant to withdraw if conduct repeatedly disrupts training or endangers others.
Rhythmic gymnastics involves physical activity that carries a risk of injury, including from falls, apparatus handling and contact with equipment or other participants.
By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that the gymnast is physically able to take part, accepts these inherent risks, and authorizes the school to obtain emergency medical care if it is needed and the family cannot be reached.
The information provided in this form is used to run classes, contact families, and meet the requirements of competitions and governing bodies. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
The school may photograph or film classes, shows and competitions and use those images to promote its programs. Families who prefer their gymnast not to appear can tell the school at any time, in writing.
