Parent & Tot Rhythmic Gymnastics

Ages 1–3Together with a grown-upNo experience needed

A fun first step into the world of rhythmic gymnastics! Our new Parent & Tot program is specially designed for little ones ages 1–3 and their grown-up.

Through music, movement, simple gymnastics activities, and playful games, children will develop coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence while enjoying quality time together.

No experience is needed—just come ready to move, play, and have fun!

Little Stars

Ages 3–5Movement, dance & gymnasticsWinter & Summer Shows

A fun and playful introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for children ages 3–5. Little Stars develop coordination, flexibility, musicality, and confidence through movement, dance, and gymnastics.

Children also have the exciting opportunity to perform in our Annual Winter Show and Annual Summer Show!

Basic techniquesHome events & shows

Recreational program allow gymnasts to learn basic body movement techniques required in rhythmic gymnastics.

They will learn how to use hand held apparatus such as rope, ball, ribbon and hoop all in harmony with music.

In this program gymnasts will perform at Yankovska school home events – Christmas & Summer Shows.

Beginners Program

Beginners Program

Basics & choreographySmall groups

Beginners program classes will introduce the basics of rhythmic gymnastics and choreography in a fun, creative and engaging way.

Gymnasts will work to develop better hand-eye coordination, body posture, flexibility, strength and listening skills.

They will train in small groups with their peers, which will also help them develop better social and cognitive skills.

Individual & groupInvitational events

In Intermediate program gymnasts will take their first steps from Recreational to Competitive program, learning a wide variety of body and apparatus skills.

They will have an opportunity to perform in multiple Invitational events, as well as Yankovska school home events – Christmas & Summer Shows.

Individual & groupLocal to internationalScholarship opportunities

In Competitive program gymnasts learn more advanced body techniques, choreography, gymnastics and acrobatic elements, as well as work with apparatus.

They develop strength and flexibility, self-confidence, learn how to set goals and desire for achievements.

At this level they get to experience local, regional, national, and international competitions, with potential scholarship opportunities for athletes who excel at National level.
